Delivery Information

1. Free UK Delivery
We offer free delivery across the UK mainland on all orders of insulated glass units. All items are transported and handled as fragile goods to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
2. Delivery Lead Times
Insulated glass units are custom-made for each order. Typical manufacturing and delivery timeframes are:
- All insulated glass units: 10–15 working days
- Specialised configurations / large orders: may take longer
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on workload, material availability and delivery route scheduling.
3. Estimated Delivery Date
We will contact you with an estimated delivery date within 24 hours after you place your order.
Please note:
The estimated delivery date may change without notice.
This can occur due to factors outside our control, including transport delays, weather, vehicle capacity or production sequencing.
4. Delivery Method
Glass units are delivered on a scheduled delivery route using appropriate vehicles and handling for glass. This helps to:
- Support safer handling of large or delicate panes
- Transport units upright on suitable stillages or A-frames
- Reduce the risk of damage in transit
Drivers deliver to the kerbside or nearest safe access point. Delivery does not include carrying items inside the property.
5. Inspection on Delivery (Required)
To ensure any transit damage is handled correctly, you must inspect the glass when it is delivered and before the driver leaves.
5.1 What You Must Do
- Visually inspect the unit(s) for cracks, breakage or obvious defects
- Report any damage to the driver immediately
- Take clear photographs of the damage
- Notify us within 24 hours with photos and your order number
5.2 Important
- We cannot accept claims for transport damage after the delivery has been completed
- We cannot accept claims if the delivery is signed as “received in good condition”
5.3 If Damage Is Reported Correctly
We will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge.
6. Large or Split Deliveries
Large or multi-panel orders may be delivered in separate vehicles and may arrive on different dates. This depends on how the items are loaded, routed and scheduled for transport.
7. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees
If no one is present to receive the delivery:
- The driver may leave a card or attempt to contact you
- A new delivery date will need to be arranged
- Redelivery charges may apply
8. Delivery Restrictions
We may not be able to deliver to:
- Remote islands
- Some parts of the Scottish Highlands
- Addresses with restricted vehicle access

9. Large or Heavy Units
For oversized or multi-unit deliveries, you may need to provide additional assistance to help unload items safely at the kerbside.
10. Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
We cannot refund or replace items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
